Terms of Service

Sketching and viewing are free and need no account. Tracing an uploaded floor plan, chat edits and photoreal renders need a Google sign-in and use credits, as described on the Pricing page. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time, including the free allowance and usage limits on the AI features.

You sign in with your Google account, and you are responsible for what is done with it on Inner Piece. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms.

Every account gets a free allowance of credits each month. Paid plans are a monthly subscription that gives more, renews until you cancel it, and runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders, and handles customer service inquiries and returns for payments.

Credits are used up when an AI action finishes; a failed action gives its credits back. Credits renew each month and don't carry over, have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and are only refunded as described here. If you haven't used any credits since your first payment for a plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of it. We may change prices; a new price applies from your next payment after we tell you. If we stop the service, we will refund the unused part of the month you've paid for.

You keep ownership of the floor plans you draw, the images you upload and the messages you write. You give us permission to store, process, display and send them to our AI provider only as needed to run the service for you and for anyone you share a project's link with.

Only upload images you have the right to use. Every project is viewable by anyone with its link, so don't include personal or confidential information you wouldn't want seen. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Don't use Inner Piece to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
• attempt to break, overload or get around the service's security, sign-in or limits, including through the API or MCP endpoints;
• scrape, resell or run automated bulk jobs against the AI features;
• access or change projects that aren't yours without the owner's permission.

We may remove content or block access that breaks these rules.

Traced floor plans, 3D models and chat edits are generated automatically and can be wrong: walls may be misplaced, sizes off, or furniture that "fits" may not. Inner Piece is a visualization tool, not an architectural, engineering or construction service. Check every measurement yourself, and consult a qualified professional before building, renovating, buying or signing anything based on it.

The Inner Piece source code is published on GitHub under the terms stated there. The name, logo and hosted service remain ours; these terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and availability. Projects may be lost; keep your own copy of anything important.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Inner Piece and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or costs, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or the lowest amount the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Inner Piece at any time and ask us to delete your projects. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of Inner Piece will be heard exclusively by the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. If you use the service as a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact us.
